Very often the bar is at best an after-thought, but is one of the most important parts of any event and deserves a little more consideration. A poorly set-up and stocked bar can be very detrimental to a party’s atmosphere, especially if the range of refreshments is very limited, or guests have to queue too long to be served.

We, at “Through the Grapevine” tailor each event to your needs. You can be rest assured that your function will run smoothly and be dealt with professionally by our staff, from the booking stage right through to the day of your function.

We can provide a normal paying bar where your guests pay for their own drinks. This is the same as you would find in any pub or club.

We can provide a Free Bar. We will serve your guests with free drinks during your event. This is ideal for anyone wishing to impress their customers or guests. Please note a deposit is required.
We can provide a Ticket Bar. We will provide you with tickets which you can give to your guests. They can then exchange them for a free drink. We will keep these drinks on a separate tab and you settle the bill at the end of your event. This option is very popular at weddings to enable special guests such as bridesmaids or ushers to have free drinks while everyone else would have to pay.
Whichever option you wish to choose, Through The Grapevine will provide the Bar, Bar Staff, Drinks, Ice, Lemons etc and leave you to enjoy your event.

We can provide all your reception drinks and table wines at competitive prices. We have a great range of Wines, Champagnes and Juices available to suit all tastes. Please see our complete Wine List. Should you choose to have your wines or champagne from us, then there is no additional charge to serve your drinks and also the hire of glasses is free. However, should you choose to purchase your wines / champagne from elsewhere and would like us to serve them for you, then this will incur an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss.
